KeepAlong

GLP-1 shot tracker app

For planning and record-keeping only — not medical advice. Your dose and schedule are set by your prescriber.

KeepAlong is a GLP-1 shot tracker app for weekly injections of semaglutide or tirzepatide. It logs every shot, reminds you on injection day, remembers which injection site you used last, and syncs weight from Apple Health — so your whole treatment history lives in one place, on your phone.

This page covers what the app does and where its limits are. The free web tools — dose math, titration dates, a weight-loss calculator — work right in your browser and don't need the app at all.

KeepAlong — GLP-1 shot tracker & planning tools

Reminders that know your next step date, a home-screen widget with days until your next shot, and weight pulled automatically from Apple Health or Health Connect.

The app is launching soon. The web tools on this site are free — no sign-up needed.

What KeepAlong tracks

Everything a weekly injection routine actually produces: the shot itself, where it went, and what your weight is doing between shots.

Shots and sites

Each dose is logged with its injection site. The app remembers your last spot and suggests the next one in the rotation.

Weight, automatically

Weight syncs from Apple Health or Health Connect — no manual entry. Your trend sits next to your shot history.

Notes on how you feel

Optional day-by-day notes let you see how each week of your schedule actually went, in your own words.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Set your schedule

Pick your medication, dose, and injection day. Planning dates for a new step? The titration planner on this site does the date math first.

  2. Step 2

    Get reminded

A notification on injection day, and a Live Activity on iOS while a shot is due — no digging through the app.

  3. Step 3

    Log in two taps

Confirm the shot, confirm the suggested site. The widget on your home screen shows days until the next one.

  4. Step 4

    Watch the trend

Weight from HealthKit lines up against your dose history, so you can see what changed and when.

App or browser tools? An honest split

Not everyone needs an app. Dose math is a one-off calculation — that's why our calculators are free on the web, not locked in the app. The app is for what a browser tab can't do.

Free GLP-1 tools on this site

Every tool runs in your browser — no sign-up, no email, results immediately. Start with the titration date planner to map your dose steps onto calendar dates, check syringe math with the units calculator, estimate outcomes with the weight loss calculator, or see the injection sites map before your next shot. If a pen sat out of the fridge, the fridge-time tracker compares elapsed time against the label window. Not sure what's worth logging at all? Read what to track on GLP-1.

Setting up for one medication? Start from the semaglutide tracker or tirzepatide tracker guide. And if you're still choosing an app, best GLP-1 tracker apps compares the field by open data — including where we fit and where we don't.

Prefer paper? The printable GLP-1 log prints a 12-week sheet in one click, free and without an account. Everything else we've written — dose charts, pen hardware, storage, travel — is indexed in the GLP-1 guides hub.

KeepAlong is built by a small independent team — who we are and what we will and won't publish about medication is written down, including themedical review policy we hold ourselves to.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a dose calculator in the KeepAlong app?

No. Apple App Store guideline 1.4.2 only allows drug dosage calculators from manufacturers, hospitals, universities, insurers, pharmacies, or FDA-approved sources. KeepAlong keeps dose math on this website as free browser tools, while the app focuses on shot logging, reminders, site rotation, and weight trends.

Which medications does KeepAlong work with?

KeepAlong tracks any weekly GLP-1 schedule, including semaglutide and tirzepatide regimens at every approved dose step. You pick the medication and strength when logging a shot; reminders, site rotation, and history work the same way for each. The app is independent and not tied to any drug manufacturer.

Does KeepAlong give medical advice?

No. KeepAlong is a record-keeping and planning tool. It stores what you log, reminds you of dates you set, and charts your own numbers. Dose selection, schedule changes, and anything about symptoms belong to your prescriber — the app and this site never suggest a dose.

When is a GLP-1 tracker app not worth it?

If you take the same dose on the same weekday, never travel, and keep weight notes elsewhere, a calendar reminder may honestly be enough. A tracker earns its place once you rotate injection sites, move through titration steps, or want shot history and weight on one screen.
