Free GLP-1 tools
For planning and record-keeping only — not medical advice. Your dose and schedule are set by your prescriber.
Seven browser tools for the practical side of a weekly GLP-1 schedule: date math, syringe math, expectations, storage, and a log sheet to print. Everything runs on this page's code alone — no sign-up, no email, nothing stored on a server.
Turn your start date and medication into a calendar of label dose steps — semaglutide and tirzepatide ladders included.
Units calculator (mg to units)
Convert a dose in mg into U-100 syringe units once you know the concentration on the vial.
Work the other direction: choose a concentration or a round unit count, and get the water volume to add to a vial.
Estimate expected weight change on semaglutide or tirzepatide from published trial data, week by week.
Log when a pen left the fridge and compare elapsed time against the manufacturer label window.
A visual map of label-approved injection sites with a simple rotation pattern to follow.
A paper shot log you can print in one click — date, dose, site, weight, and a note for each week.
Heading somewhere? Traveling with GLP-1 walks through TSA rules and label windows before you pack — the fridge-time tracker above does the counting once you're out the door. The written side of the site — dose charts, pen hardware, storage — lives in the GLP-1 guides hub.
Why these are free and the app is separate
Dose math belongs in a browser: you need it once per dose change, and Apple's App Store guideline 1.4.2 only allows drug dosage calculators from manufacturers, hospitals, universities, insurers, pharmacies, or FDA-approved sources anyway. What a browser can't do is remember — reminders, a home-screen widget, injection-site rotation, weight synced from Apple Health. That's the job of the KeepAlong GLP-1 tracker app.
KeepAlong — GLP-1 shot tracker & planning tools
Plan dates here, then let the app remind you on the day — with a widget counting down to your next shot.
The app is launching soon. The web tools on this site are free — no sign-up needed.
